Ethical Conduct:
Affiliates agree to:
a. Conduct themselves ethically and professionally, refraining from engaging in any activities that may harm our brand reputation or violate applicable laws.
b. Ensure the accuracy of any promotional claims made about our products or services.
c. Disclose their affiliate relationship with us whenever required by law or industry regulations.
Program Changes and Termination:
We reserve the right to modify our Affiliate Program, including commission rates, program terms, or termination, at any time, with or without notice.
Data Protection and Privacy:
Affiliates' personal information collected as part of the program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
By joining our Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them throughout their participation in the program.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassadors agree to the following terms:
a. Brand Ambassadors will actively promote our brand and products through their online platforms, including but not limited to social media, blogs, videos, or other content mediums.
b. Brand Ambassadors will adhere to the values, messaging, and brand guidelines provided by us.
c. Brand Ambassadors will actively engage with their audience, responding to comments, questions, and feedback related to our brand or products.
d. Brand Ambassadors will create original and authentic content that aligns with our brand image and values.
Exclusivity and Conflicts of Interest:
Brand Ambassadors agree to:
a. Not promote or endorse competing brands or products that conflict with our offerings during the term of the agreement.
b. Not engage in any activities that may harm our brand reputation or violate applicable laws while representing our brand.
Compensation and Benefits:
Brand Ambassadors may receive compensation or benefits as outlined in the agreement, which may include but is not limited to discounts, exclusive promotions, free products, or monetary compensation via commissions for items sold. Join our affiliates programme.
Term and Termination:
The agreement between the Brand Ambassador and our company will have a specific term, which may be subject to renewal or termination by either party upon mutual agreement or for justifiable reasons such as breach of terms.
Content Usage and Intellectual Property:
Brand Ambassadors grant us permission to use the content they create and share as part of their role, including social media posts, images, videos, and other promotional materials, for marketing and promotional purposes related to our brand.
Data Protection and Privacy:
Brand Ambassadors' personal information collected as part of the program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
By becoming a Brand Ambassador, individuals acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them throughout their ambassadorship.
