Read the Care Instructions:

Always follow the care instructions provided in your order package. These instructions are specific to the fabric and printing technique used, ensuring you take the appropriate steps for care. Love your items and they will love you back!

CLOTHING

WASHING

Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the design. Use a gentle cycle and cold water to help prevent color fading and minimize shrinkage. Avoid exposing your custom apparel to harsh chemicals, bleach, solvents, or rough surfaces that can cause damage or fading.

STAIN REMOVAL

Treat stains promptly according to the specific stain removal guidelines for the fabric type. Use gentle stain removers and follow the instructions carefully. It's advisable to test any stain removal products on a small, inconspicuous area first before applying them to the stained area.

DRYING

It's best to air dry custom apparel whenever possible to prevent shrinkage or damage. If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting to avoid excessive heat exposure that can affect the fabric or printing. Hot washes will cause the glue on heat transfers to re-activate and peel off. To air dry hang them on a clothesline or lay them flat on a clean surface.

IRONING

If ironing is necessary, follow the fabric's care instructions and iron the garment inside out. Use a low to medium heat setting and avoid direct contact between the iron and any printed or embroidered areas.

Alternatively, you can place a clean cloth or parchment paper between the iron and the design.

STORAGE

Proper storage helps preserve the condition of your custom apparel. Clean and completely dry the garment before storing it to prevent mildew or odors. Fold the garment carefully to avoid creases or distortion. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or excessive humidity. Avoid hanging them on wire hangers, as they can leave marks or stretch the fabric.

INDIVIDUAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Some specialty fabrics or specific printing techniques may require additional care:

FLOCK: This is a delicate material that tends to attract lint. We recommend you wash separately, fold and store inside out. If the design attracts lint, use a lint roller to to remove it.
