What customisation options do you offer?
Currently we offer HTV heat transfers that come in a variety of finishes such as matte, flock, glitter, puff, metallic etc. We also offer full coloured DTF printed transfers.

What is the pricing structure for custom apparel?
Our custom apparel and accessory pricing is based on quantity, type and quality of apparel, printing technique, design complexity and other additional features.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Customisably aims to get your order created and shipped within 5 days (this may be a litttle longer depending on product/material availability), but turnaround time depends on a number of factors. Intricate and highly detailed designs may require additional time for production, f you need larger quantities of custom items this will also increase the turnaround time. Availability of Materials is also another denominator, are specific materials or garments required for your project readily available or do they need to be sourced. Another thing that plays a huge role is the approval process, make sure you promptly review and approve any design proofs or mock-ups provided as quickly as possible to avoid delays.
Finally, the time it takes for your custom order to be delivered should also be considered when calculating the overall turnaround time. Factor in shipping durations, especially if you have a specific event or deadline. Unfortunately, once we have handed the package off to the delivery services everthing is out of our hands.
Are there any minimum order requirements?
Yes, there are minimum requirements for coloured printed transfers:
- MOQ: 2 for DTF transfers
- MOQ: 10 for screen printed DTF heat transfer
Can you assist with design and artwork?
Yes, we offer custom design services to create or help in refining your custom artwork. We have a team of graphic designers on hand who can help bring your vision to life
What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchnges or refunds if your item was faulty on our part. Outside of these circumstances we do not accept returns and exchnges or refunds for custom/personalised items. in case of sizing issues we do offer size charts and it is up to you to check the correct sizing of the garments, if you have any questions at all regarding sizing please contact us before purchasing.
Do you offer any sustainability or eco-friendly options?
Yes we do, at Customisably we have made a conscious effort to provide environmentally friendy organic cotton (vegan friendly) where possible. We are also commitment to reducing waste by recycling our packaging and our use of plastic, your t-shirts won't come packaged in an extra plastic sleeve etc.

What is the process for placing a custom apparel order?
1. If your order is simple and straight forward you can just order directly from our blanks gallery (we'll contact you if we need to clarify anything).
2. Contact us for step-by-step process, from initial inquiry to final delivery for more complex design and printing projects. This includes providing artwork, confirming specifications, approving proofs, payment terms, and any other necessary details.
